Liu Chong Hing Property Management and Agency Limited, established in 1976, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Liu Chong Hing Investment Limited and is principally responsible for managing the industrial, commercial and residential properties developed by the Group. 廖創興物業管理及代理有限公司於一九七六年成立,為本公司全資附屬公司,主要負責管理本集團發展之工商及住宅物業。
The Group acquired Kimpton Kitalay Samui Resort in Koh Samui, Thailand through an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Choengmon Real Estate Company Limited in December 2021. The Resort is managed and operated by IHG under the brand of Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants. 本集團於二零二一年十二月透過收購其間接全資附屬公司 Choengmon Real Estate Company Limited,擁有位於泰國蘇梅島之 Kimpton Kitalay Samui 度假村。度假村由 IHG 洲際酒店集團旗下品牌 Kimpton, Hotels & Restaurants 負責經營及管理。
The Group, in partnership with the joint venture partner, acquired three warehouses in Japan, two office buildings in Australia and seven logistics centres in Italy.
